UZHAM Fabric Warranty

We, UZHAM, provide 6 months warranty on all of our fabric products. We cover following under the warranty.

• Collar wrinkles.
• Discoloration of fabric.
• Fabric wear and tear by regular usage.

We don't cover warranty under the following condition.

• Fabric treated with any chemicals.
• Discoloration due to chemicals.
• Fabric torn off by stretching or excessive force.
• Damaged fabric by iron.
• Any damage not appearing natural.

CLAIM A WARRANTY:

For warranty claim, please reach out to us on Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp (+92 300 1726600) or "Chat" option on website, within a period of 6 months from the date of your purchase.  The product can be returned within 10 days from the date of approval. Please share pictures with us before claiming warranty. You will be notified/Instructed on how and where to send back the parcel. Upon receiving the parcel our team will assess the fabric and will get back to you.

CLAIM APPROVED:

If your claim is approved you will be issued a voucher of same amount to use it later.
